Ways to Reach Your Goals


Here are a couple of ways to get the most out of classes and reach your goals of fitness, focus, self defense or the many other benefits Martial Arts has to offer. One way is to “Be a Good finder”. ( See the glass as half full rather than half empty). This means not being overly critical of yourself and knowing that your skill and confidence will grow with practice. Another important idea is that we “Team Up – Never give up”. Whenever we are working toward long term goals it is natural to go through ups and downs in motivation. When that happens if we “team up rather than giving up” we gain a tremendously powerful lesson in perseverance, follow through, reaching goals and achieving dreams! This will give you a big head start in life.
